Welcome, tabletop gamers and hobbyists! At Game Work Shop, we stand behind the quality of our miniatures, games, and accessories. We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges.
Our Policy
We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging (e.g., shrink-wrapped boxed games, unopened blister packs), and in the same condition as when you received them. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Opened Books and Decks: This includes any rulebooks, strategy guides, or card decks where the seal has been broken.
- Opened Card Game packs or boosters.
- Painted or Assembled Miniatures: Such as Abyssal Dwarfs, Basilean units, Arcanists, or any figures from our ranges. Once paint or glue has been applied, they are considered final sale.
- Downloadable or digital content.
The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the email template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RA number.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the unused, original product(s) along with your proof of purchase and the RA number. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your account after we have approved it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are only refundable if the return is a result of our mistake.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different one of equal value, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. The process follows the same steps as a return.
