This policy details how we get your gear to you and how we handle returns if things don’t go as planned.

We ship globally* to bring the fight to your tabletop. Please see the details below for our shipping options and timelines.
*Please note: We are currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our vast ranges. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within a 15-day window.
Our Policy
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition.
- In their original, unopened packaging (e.g., shrink-wrapped boxed games, sealed blister packs).
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To protect the integrity of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items, which are considered final sale once opened or altered:
- Opened Books and Decks: This includes any rulebooks, strategy guides, or card decks where the seal has been broken.
- Opened Card Game packs or boosters.
- Painted or Assembled Miniatures: This applies to all figures from our ranges, such as Abyssal Dwarfs, Basilean units, Arcanists, Bayou, British, Chaos, and any others. The application of paint or glue makes them yours alone.
- Downloadable or digital content.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
The Returns & Exchanges Process (Step-by-Step)
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the email template provided below to ensure we get all the necessary information to help you quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without an RA number.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the unused, original product(s) along with your proof of purchase and the RA number. Ship it to the address we provide.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your account after we have approved it. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are only refundable if the return is a result of our mistake.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different one of equal value, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference. The process follows the same steps as a return.
